Names of graduates from West New York Memorial High School in the 1920s have been indexed in this database. Currently the June 1922 and January 1923 graduates have been indexed.
This database includes 326 names and death dates of individuals who died in the Union City vicinity between 1936 and 1946, although there are also some entries from the early part of the century. Information was obtained from the "Journal Registers of Charles L. McCarthy, Sr.", a Union City police officer of the period. Provided by James M. Miller (Great Grandson of Charles L McCarthy Sr)
Emanuel J. Reichhelm was enlisted as a Chaplain in the 82nd Regiment Illinois Volunteers in the Civil War and after discharge applied for a disability pension. In later years he was a resident of Uniontown, Hudson County, NJ.Databases - West New York
