Jersey City, NJ Street Name Changes 1871-1899


The Hudson County Genealogical Society provides this database courtesy of member Jim McCarthy, who has compiled a list of changes to Jersey City street names that were necessitated by the merger of various towns — Jersey City, Hudson City, Bergen and Greenville — into the present day boundaries of Jersey City. This database includes the old and new names and year of change.
